Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order within 10 business days.
It's been a week and I still don't see the funds back in my account! What do I do?
If you do not see the funds back in your account please reach out to our customer service team, we would be happy to confirm for you whether your refund was processed or not. If your refund is confirmed processed, you would have to contact your bank as they would be able to best further assist you!
