What should I do if my package says it has delivered but I have not received it?Updated 17 days ago

If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please email our support team at [email protected] so we can review your order and assist you as soon as possible.

You may also contact the mail courier directly, as they may be able to provide additional information or help locate your package.

Please note that Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier but have not yet been received, including packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.

If your order qualifies for further assistance, we may offer a one-time, non-returnable replacement of the original item ordered. Please note that we are unable to make any changes to the size or style of the replacement item.

Refunds are not available in these situations. No exceptions.
