Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier, and not yet received, including lost or stolen items.

If your order qualifies for further assistance, we will provide a one-time, non-returnable replacement of the original item ordered. We cannot make any changes to the size or style of the replacement. We do not offer refunds, no exceptions.
