My order has been returned to sender; what now?Updated 8 months ago

The mail courier does keep packages for a few days before sending them back to the original sender. 

First, please contact the mail courier to see if you can schedule a redelivery.


If the courier states that the package has already been sent back to the original sender, please email [email protected] with your order number, and our support team would be happy to look into this for you!
