How do I cancel my order?Updated 10 months ago

If your order has not yet been processed, we would be happy to make a cancellation for you. On the other hand, if your order has already been processed, we, unfortunately, will be unable to cancel it. You can return your item for a refund or exchange once you receive your order, as long as the order is not a final sale item!

 

We will try our best to get to your email request before your item ships out, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch your order before processing. If you need immediate assistance, please feel free to contact us via phone!
