Black Friday & Cyber Monday FAQ's

**To receive your package by Christmas you must order no later than December 12th**

What is your Black Friday Sale?

• Our biggest sale of the year!!! Enjoy 30% off sitewide (excluding Collabs) and FREE Shipping!!

Do you accept returns and exchanges on sale items?

• ALL sales are final during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday events!

How long will my order take to process and ship?

• We do our best to process and ship every order within 24-72 hours of it being placed. Shipping times will depend on your location and when you place your order. Carriers will be closed for a few days due to the holiday. To receive your order by Christmas you must order no later than December 12th.

How long will the Black Friday sale last?

• Our Black Friday sale will run until Sunday 11/27 12PM PST. Our Cyber Monday sale will begin on 11/28. 

Why are collabs not part of the sale?

• Our Collaboration cases will not be part of the sale.

Is your Cyber Monday sale the same as your Black Friday sale?

• It is not! We will have a Cyber Monday sale but no guarantees we will still have stock, place your orders ASAP!!

Can you make changes to orders once placed?

• We do our best but cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order once placed. PLEASE check all information twice!! (Address, Phone Size, Name, Quantity)

Can I use discount codes?

• Discount codes cannot be used on any sale or collab items. 

Can I use rewards points?

• Reward points, unfortunately, cannot be used on sale and collab items.
