All orders require up to 1-3 business days for processing before shipping out.

• We will make every effort to get your order shipped out ASAP! However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and out-of-stock items.
• If your address is invalid or your items are out of stock, you will receive an email from one of our customer service representatives. 
• The email address will look like the following: [email protected], this is not a spam email.
• If we receive no response after 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking link as soon as your order is processed to ship.
