What are your shipping rates and times?

When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order before it's shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping in the U.S. is 3-7 business days from the day the order is shipped. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link where you can track your package along the way.
How long does priority shipping take?
Priority shipping in the U.S. is 2-3 business days from the day the order is shipped. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link where you can track your package along the way. *Please note orders placed Friday-Sunday may not be sent till Monday*
Why hasn’t my tracking link updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!
I didn’t get my package in 7 days, is it lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Packages can be delayed for a number of reasons, always check with your local postal service they’ll be able to provide up-to-date information.
Who do you use to ship?
For U.S. shipments, we use USPS First Class Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping internationally via UPS Economy Mail Innovations to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia!
Orders being shipped internationally can take about 10-24 days to arrive once the order has been shipped.

My package says delivered but I don’t have my case?
Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier that has not been received such as lost or stolen. Please contact the courier and they’ll be able to help track down your package! We want to make sure you get your case and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
