All cases purchased directly from our website carry a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers factory defects only, such as a missing “Wf” emblem. If you encounter a factory defect within this timeframe, please email us a photo of the defective item, and our support team will assist you.
All accessories purchased directly from our website (excluding screen protectors) carry a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a factory defect is present during this period, please email a photo of the defective item, and we will be happy to assist.
Upon review of your request, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement of the exact size and style originally ordered. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced, and any abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
