All cases purchased directly from our website carry a 6-month warranty, from the date of delivery. This warranty only covers factory defects, such as a missing "Wf" emblem. If you experience a factory defect within this time frame, please email us a photo of your defective item, and we will be happy to further assist you. 

All accessories (excluding screen protectors) purchased directly from our website carry a 3-month warranty, from the date of delivery. If you experience a factory defect within this time frame, please email us a photo of your defective item, and we will be happy to further assist you. 


Once our support team reviews your request, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement case of the exact size and style item originally ordered, with no exceptions. We will not tolerate any abuse of this policy.
