Route’s Green Package Protection covers the following situations:
Delivered but not received: Claims can be submitted no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days after the delivery date to ensure the package was not misdelivered or found nearby.
Damaged items: Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required to submit a claim.
Lost packages: Claims for packages presumed lost (status not marked as "delivered") can be filed at any time. Resolution will be based on the estimated delivery date provided when the claim is filed.
Route’s support team reviews claims within 1–2 business days and helps ensure that your order is either replaced or refunded, based on your preference.
