Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, we extend our return policy for orders placed in November and December. You may return these orders until January 31, 2025. Returns can be processed through our online portal. For further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs; no exceptions will be made.

If more than the allowed time has passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Returns: Initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • Exchanges: Initiated within 20 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.


Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.

Important Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, limited promotional items, or replacement items.

If items are returned without following our return process, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
