Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges can be processed through our online portal. For additional assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; no exceptions will be made.

To check your eligibility for a return or exchange, please visit: Return Eligibility.

If more than the allowed timeframe has passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that a refund or exchange cannot be offered.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returns: Initiated within 15 days of receipt

  • Exchanges: Initiated within 20 days of receipt

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, limited promotional items, or replacement items.

If items are returned without following our official return process, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.


Refunds

Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of receiving your return.
