Canada

Canada Post Strike Update

We are pleased to inform you that effective January 16, we have resumed normal pre-strike routing operations. Thank you for your continued patience. 

Belgium

Potential Delays Due to Strike

We have been notified of a worker strike in Belgium that is expected to impact transit times for parcels within the area. Delays are anticipated, but we are actively monitoring the situation and taking action to minimize disruptions.

Mexico

Mexico Apparel & Textiles Duty Rate Increases

Mexico has issued a Presidential Decree increasing duty rates on apparel and textiles through April 2026:

  • Apparel — Raised to 35% from 20%
  • Textile materials (e.g., bed linens, curtains) — Raised to 15% from 10%

The decree also prohibits the temporary import of finished goods under the "IMMEX" program, meaning merchants can no longer hold inventory duty-free in a Mexican 3PL. This impacts categories like clothing (e.g., pants, dresses, coats, gloves, belts) and textile articles (e.g., blankets, pillowcases, towels).

United Kingdom

Delays Due to Inclement Weather

Local sources have informed us of heavy snow and inclement weather conditions affecting Yorkshire and West Lancashire, resulting in longer-than-usual transit times for parcels traveling within the affected areas. Delays of up to three days are anticipated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

All international shipping rates and transit times vary per location - please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking to update with final delivery information. Orders being shipped internationally can take 3-14 business days to arrive, once the order has been shipped from our facility.

Canada Post’s operations continue to be disrupted by CUPW’s national strike. Mail and parcels are not being delivered at this time, but some post offices remain open with limited services. For the latest information, please visit our Negotiations page





Here are some typical questions and answers to help you out!

Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping internationally via Passport Global to most locations outside of the United States. If we do not offer shipping to your exact location, please visit the International Shipping Information article under the General Information page. 

When will my order be shipped? 
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order before it's shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process. 

Why hasn’t my tracking link been updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t been updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you! 

Why haven't I received my tracking information? 
Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as the email with your tracking information may have gone in there. If you are still having trouble locating an email with your tracking information please email our support team and we would be happy to provide that information for you. 

I didn’t get my package in 7 days, is it lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Packages can be delayed for a number of reasons, always check with your local postal service they’ll be able to provide up-to-date information. 

My package says delivered but I don’t have my case.
Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail courier that have not been received such as lost or stolen. Please contact the courier and they’ll be able to help track down your package! We want to make sure you get your case and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
