Q: When will your Cyber Monday Sale begin?

A: Our Cyber Monday sale will start on 12/01 at 12 AM PST

Q: Can I get the black friday discount instead? 

A: No, to have received the black friday promotion, you would have had to place your order during that period only. The great thing is we have an amazing Cyber Monday sale! 

Q: Will you be restocking sold-out items?
A: Many of our newer sizes will be restocked, but all of our cases are limited edition, so some designs may not return. Don’t miss out—sign up for restock notifications under each product to be the first to know! 🎉

Q: Can I use my rewards points from these purchases right away?
A: Rewards points can be used three weeks after purchase.

Q: Why can't I use my rewards points on my order? 

A: Rewards points cannot be stacked or applied to already on-sale items. This includes any Cyber Monday sale items.

A: Yes! Our holiday return & exchange window has been extended to January 15, 2026, for eligible items, unused and in their original packaging. 🎄

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
A: Our team is happy to assist with questions, but please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
