Q: When will your Black Friday sale begin?

A: Our Black Friday Sale will begin on 11/25, and it will run till 11/30, 11:59 PM PDT

Q: Will you be restocking sold-out items?
A: Many of our newer sizes will be restocked, but all of our cases are limited edition, so some designs may not return. Don’t miss out—sign up for restock notifications under each product to be the first to know! 🎉

Q: Can I use my rewards points from these purchases right away?
A: Rewards points can be used three weeks after purchase.

Q: Why can't I use my rewards points on my order? 

A: Rewards points cannot be stacked or applied to already on-sale items. This includes any Black Friday sale items.

Q: Is everything on your website a FINAL sale for the holidays?
A: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do you have a holiday return window for gifts?
A: Yes! Our holiday return & exchange window has been extended to January 15, 2026 for eligible items, unused and in their original packaging. 🎄

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
A: Our team is happy to assist with questions, but please note that due to a higher influx of orders and emails, we cannot promise an order can be canceled or modified. Final sale still applies.

Q: Do international orders qualify for free shipping?
